You have to contact us before placing an order for this service or if you place an order for this service without contacting us, we will considered it as initial consultations fees and we will contact you to discuss more with you regarding your requirements and then will make the required adjustment for your order and you have to pay it all in advance before we provide the required service.

  • We support the remote check, troubleshooting and fixing issues with your Telephone (PBX) system only based on Asterisk.
  • We can remotely support customizing, adjusting or fixing for settings and configuration of your Telephone (PBX) system.
  • We can support on site only for business customers and per pre-agreement and service contract.
  • Basic Configuration of Extensions, and User Accounts.
  • Configuration of Inbound Routes, Basic IVR, System Recordings.
  • Configuration of Outbound Routes, Dial Plans, and Trunks.
  • Configuration of Conference Bridges, DISA, PIN Sets.
  • Configuration of Intercom and Paging.
  • Configuration of VoIP or Analog Phones or Gateways.
  • Configuration of SIP/ITSP Providers Accounts and Settings.
  • Troubleshooting for One Way Audio.
  • Troubleshooting Echo issues or degraded audio quality.
  • Troubleshooting system availability issues.
  • Troubleshooting of network hardware or firewalls, and routers.
  • Troubleshooting internet access.
  • We process orders with in 2 to 3 working days or may be less (exclude any federal or public holidays) starting from the day of receiving cleared payment for your order.
  • Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
  • All orders received out of working hours will be processed on the next working days.
  • We are not processing order on weekends.
