Remote IT Support Service
This service allows us to remotely help you to check, troubleshooting and fixing one or more of the following issues.
- Spyware / Virus.
- Common Workstation Applications.
- Mobile device issues.
- Mobile Devices updates and upgrades.
- Workstation Disk Cleanup & Error Resolution.
- Printer Issues.
- Backups and Restore.
- Network Connectivity (wired and/or wireless).
- Network Infrastructure.
- Domain Controllers.
- Remote Access and VPN.
The shown price is for every support hour (for every 60 minutes) and can be renewed by purchasing new support hour.
- Remote support service is only through phone call or through the internet.
- On Site visit or repair can be scheduled up on request if the case required on site physical visit if can’t be repaired remotely.
- Only we have the right to take a decision to convert remote repair to physical on site repair.
- We process orders with in 2 to 3 working days or may be less (exclude any federal or public holidays) starting from the day of receiving cleared payment for your order.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
- All orders received out of working hours will be processed on the next working days.
- We are not processing order on weekends.
